Appointments get a dedicated consultation room, champagne, sketches at the table, and the design team for 60 minutes. Walk-ins are open visits during business hours — best for service, repairs, or a quick hello while we're between appointments.
A video call with our design team — same length, same care. We share live screen sketches and can ship stones or sample pieces to your door before the call.
Of course. Most consultations are two to three people. For larger parties, let us know so we can prepare.
